Mix Vegetables for frying - aubergine, sweet potato, carrot, onion, cauliflower, bell pepper, lady’s finger, turnips – Washed, drained and cut appropriately |

Methods |

Heat oil for deep fat frying |

Prepare the batter. Put everything in a blender and blend. Sieve for a smooth batter. |

When the oil is hot, deep the vegetables in the batter. Gently slide the vegetable into the oil and fry until the fritters turn mild yellow |
| 4. |
Use a slotted spoon to take the cooked fritters out. Drain well on a tissue paper |
